allmanhall summer party

July sees the end of the allmanhall financial year 2017. It has been another great year of inspiring improvement, individually and, importantly, as a team. On Friday 7 July, we celebrated the year that has just been and the promise of the year ahead, with our annual family summer party.

As the allmanhall team continues to grow in size, so do the annual summer parties. This one was no exception! The evening was great fun, with a bouncy castle, plenty of games and activities, summer weather, amazing food (expertly hosted by Neston Park farm shop), plenty of drinks and, most importantly, families and close friends aplenty.

One of our core brand values is to be ‘inclusive’ in all that we do, sharing and celebrating our success. At allmanhall, we continuously support Jamie’s Farm, a local charity that exists to drive change, enabling disadvantaged young people to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. They do this through a unique approach of combining family, farming and therapy.

Our summer party featured an action-packed auction, where donations – kindly provided by allmanhall team members and local business supporters – were up for grabs. Examples of items auctioned at the event were:

  • A two-hour decluttering session from Marketing Manager Tracey-Ann Walpole
  • Delicious cupcakes baked to order by our in-house talented baker and Project Co-ordinator Rachel Upton
  • Afternoon tea and fizz for two, kindly donated by Neston Park
  • Various spa gift and cosmetics gift sets, including one from Green Street House beauticians in Bath
  • A dietetics session with our Registered Dietitian Tess Warnes BSc RD
  • Personal training session, kindly donated by local fitness experts, Team Breakthrough
  • And the main attraction of the evening turned out to by a 3-hour cooking and hosting session for a dinner party by our very own Rupert Lynch – Client Relationship Manager and chef extraordinaire!

We are delighted to announce that a grand total of £1,063 was raised on the night, bringing us closer to reaching our £5,000 fundraising target for the year. Follow our progress or donate here.
